Diep Tran

Diep started her nursing career in 2011 focusing on geriatrics with a diverse experience in the ER, SNF, and pain management both as a registered nurse and a nurse practitioner. She has been with Hansa Medical Groupe for a few years, excelling in pain management as she has helped patients prevent disability/impairment through a combination of medicine, therapeutic exercises and joint/other interventional injections. She is exceptional with communication, collaboration, and relationship management, and was recently promoted to regional vice president in early 2025 managing providers and senior living partnerships throughout Chicagoland.
