Dr. Chirag Patel is the founder of Hansa Medical Groupe, a group of physicians and nurse practitioners dedicated to serving the medical needs of senior living residents in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled care communities (CCRCs). Dr. Patel leads the Hansa Team and has grown the practice into the largest provider of on-site medical care for senior communities in the Midwest. The clinical model developed by Dr. Patel has been proven to reduce emergency room visits, decrease hospitalizations, and improve patient outcomes while improving Value Based Care revenue. This TEAM approach of working closely with senior community
staff and Hansa Care Model is now launching nationwide, working closely with the leadership of senior living operators, REITs, and capital partners/investors.
Dr. Patel is also actively involved in supporting and protecting the senior living industry on Capitol Hill, working closely with Political Action Committees, politicians, and industry leaders.
